Duane Vickery

Managing Director/Owner

Duane Vickery is a highly respected and sought after Indigenous and South Sea Islander educator, coach, facilitator, trainer and mentor in the field of leadership, community engagement and community/corporate governance. Duane has worked in the public and private sectors for over twenty-five years and has developed an excellent reputation for his passion, commitment and desire to see others excel and reach their full potential by working alongside others to build their capacity through a ‘strengths-based’ approach.

Danny O’Neill

Senior Consultant/Facilitator

Danny O’Neill is a man who influences others through the power of inspired words and actions. Danny is a highly skilled communicator and facilitator who specialises in people development, community engagement and change leadership. Danny aims to inspire and challenge others to affirmative action with his charismatic and empathetic approach to diverse groups of people and organisations. Danny is proud of his South Pacific heritage; (Fiji, Rotuma and New Zealand) and coming from a large family; believes in the wealth of belonging, mastery independence and generosity. He believes in the power of story, lived experience and life-long learning.

Erin Vickery

Senior Consultant/Facilitator

Erin Vickery is an Australian South Sea Islander of Aboriginal (Yuwi), Torres Strait Islander (Ugar), Vanuatu (Malekula) and Solomon Islands (Malaita) decent.  Erin is a highly respected corporate director working in the public sector for over thirty-five years which include executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development, driven by her passion to see others maximise their full potential.

Ashlen Foster-Britton

Consultant/Facilitator

Ashlen is a proud Wiradjuri Woman from Queanbeyan, NSW. She is known for her ability to respectfully and effectively engage and build relationships with communities and stakeholders.

Ashlen has nearly 10 years of experience working in the Commonwealth Government, more specifically on Indigenous Affairs. In late 2015 she started her career in the Australian Public Service in Indigenous Affairs in The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C), here she worked on the planning, preparation and delivery of the 2018 National NAIDOC Awards including secretariat support to the National NAIDOC Committee.

Enzo Bocchino

Operations Manager

Vincenzo (Enzo) Bocchino is the Operations Manager at ETM Perspectives (ETMP). He plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day functions of the organisation, ensuring efficiency across all projects and initiatives. With a strong focus on leadership development and governance facilitation, Enzo is committed to driving operational excellence and strategic growth. His passion for entrepreneurship fuels his dedication to creating meaningful change and building a lasting legacy.

Elijah Foster-Britton

Operations Assistant

Elijah is an Operations Assistant at ETM Perspectives, supporting the team with logistics, administrative tasks, and operational efficiency. His role includes managing workflows, assisting with event coordination, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. He also provides technical support and helps implement contingency plans when needed. Elijah is committed to making a positive impact by using his organisational skills and problem-solving abilities to keep ETMP running efficiently..

Mandy Wolf

Administration Officer

Mandy is a Palawa woman from southern Tasmania, she has been working as a Tour Coordinator for a Tasmanian nature tour company for the past 6 years and has been involved in travel coordination for ETMP since June 2022.

Mandy is passionate about Travel and holds an Advanced Diploma of Travel and Tourism.

Danielle Solien

Project Officer

Danielle Solien is a woman of Australian South Sea Islander of Aboriginal (Yuwi), Torres Strait Islander (Ugar), Vanuatu (Malekula) and Solomon Islands (Malaita) decent. Danielle’s role in ETM Perspectives encompasses a blend of administrative duties, communication, coordination, and project management expertise.  She holds a pivitol position, aiding in project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects and assists ETMP staff when needed.

Ellie Vickery

Administration Support

Ellie Vickery is of Australian and South Sea Islander, Aboriginal (Yuwi), Torres Strait Islander (Ugar) and Vanuatu (Malekula) heritage. Ellie holds the position of Administrative Officer at ETM Perspectives. Ellie brings a high level of passion and enthusiasm to ETMP. Ellie is very passionate about being involved in community and helping others when and where she can. She has a love for people and strives to build connections with others and provide support to all.

Jemmason Power

Marketing, Promotions & Admin Support

As a proud Aboriginal and South Sea Islander, Jemmason is passionate about her community and being a positive role model for Indigenous men and women. Jemmason specialises in accreditation planning and development, evaluation reporting, program implementation and improvement, quality assurance, facilitation, and consultation. Jemmason holds a Bachelor of Human Services from the University of Queensland and obtained a Diploma of Quality Auditing from Gray Management Systems whilst working as an Accreditation Support Officer.

Elka Chamley


Project Assistant (ETMP Intern)

Elka is employed at ETM Perspectives in the position of ETMP Intern. Elka is a proud Aboriginal woman from the Wiradjuri nation in NSW. Born and raised in Burnie, Tasmania, Elka also has strong family connections to Far North Queensland.
