Danny is a highly skilled communicator and facilitator who specialises in people development, community engagement and change leadership. Danny aims to inspire and challenge others to affirmative action with his charismatic and empathetic approach to diverse groups of people and organisations. Danny is proud of his South Pacific heritage; (Fiji, Rotuma and New Zealand) and coming from a large family; believes in the wealth of belonging, mastery independence and generosity. Erin is a highly respected corporate director working in the public sector for over thirty-five years which include executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development, driven by her passion to see others maximise their full potential.
Brenden Petterson

Brenden Petterson is a highly respected professional who has enjoyed over 20 years experience working across the Commonwealth Government, Northern Territory Government and not for profit sector. For the past two years Brenden has lead and managed the Northern Territory governments First Circles Leadership program which is the Northern Territorys flagship program for supporting the development of leadership across remote Aboriginal Territorians.
Ashlen Foster-Britton
Consultant/Facilitator
Ashlen is a proud Wiradjuri Woman from Queanbeyan, NSW. She is known for her ability to respectfully and effectively engage and build relationships with communities and stakeholders.
Ashlen has nearly 10 years of experience working in the Commonwealth Government, more specifically on Indigenous Affairs. In late 2015 she started her career in the Australian Public Service in Indigenous Affairs in The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C), here she worked on the planning, preparation and delivery of the 2018 National NAIDOC Awards including secretariat support to the National NAIDOC Committee.
Danielle Solien
Project Officer
Danielle Solien is a woman of Australian South Sea Islander of Aboriginal (Yuwi), Torres Strait Islander (Ugar), Vanuatu (Malekula) and Solomon Islands (Malaita) decent. Danielle’s role in ETM Perspectives encompasses a blend of administrative duties, communication, coordination, and project management expertise. She holds a pivitol position, aiding in project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects and assists ETMP staff when needed.
Mandy Wolf
Administration Officer
Mandy is a Palawa woman from southern Tasmania, she has been working as a Tour Coordinator for a Tasmanian nature tour company for the past 6 years and has been involved in travel coordination for ETMP since June 2022.
Mandy is passionate about Travel and holds an Advanced Diploma of Travel and Tourism.
Enzo Bocchino

Vincenzo (Enzo) Bocchino, is the Operations Manager Consultant at ETM Perspectives (ETMP). He strives to make a point of “media” impact for ETMP as a leading specialist consultancy company in leadership development and governance facilitation. Enzo’s energy and passion is solely driven by the nature of entrepreneurship, to inspire change within the lives of others and to achieve the ultimate goal to build his own legacy.
Elijah Foster-Britton
Operations Assistant
Elijah is employed at ETM Perspectives, in the position of Operations Support. His role consists of assisting the team at ETMP with technical support for online programs and create contingency plans in a timely manner, if issues arise. His role as the media consultant is to manage all ETMP accounts on social media, create and post content on a regular basis. Elijah plans to make an impact by using his creativity and I.T. skills to assist ETMP as much as possible.

Ellie Vickery is of Australian and South Sea Islander, Aboriginal (Yuwi), Torres Strait Islander (Ugar) and Vanuatu (Malekula) heritage. Ellie holds the position of Administrative Officer at ETM Perspectives. Ellie brings a high level of passion and enthusiasm to ETMP. Ellie is very passionate about being involved in community and helping others when and where she can. She has a love for people and strives to build connections with others and provide support to all.
