About our international work
Culturally grounded partnerships that create meaningful change
Who we are
ETM Perspectives (ETMP) is a First Nations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) consultancy that works alongside governments, communities, organisations and institutions to strengthen leadership capability, relationships and sustainable outcomes. We bring a culturally grounded approach to engagement, collaboration and capacity building, helping partners navigate complex systems and create meaningful change.
What we do
We specialise in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, leadership development, consultation, project delivery and partnership brokering. We support organisations to build strong relationships, gather meaningful insights, strengthen governance and develop practical solutions that respond to local needs and priorities.
Our work spans community engagement, workforce and leadership development, strategic planning, program design and delivery, evaluation and organisational capacity building, adapted to the unique needs of each project and community.
How we do it
Our approach is guided by First Nations principles of respect, cultural integrity, inclusion, trust and genuine collaboration. We believe the most effective outcomes come from listening first, valuing local knowledge and lived experience, and working alongside communities and stakeholders as partners.
Every engagement is tailored to the local context, so our work stays relevant, respectful and community centred, with practical and sustainable solutions that create long term impact.
